Here you can find the User Community Guidelines for writing reviews on Trust Ruby.
1. When are you eligible to write a review?
You are eligible to write a review if you purchased a product or service from the company or organisation you want to review.
Other scenarios include: if you have placed an order but you have not or you could not pay yet.
All reviewers should possess a proof of ordering or purchasing a product or service, as well as a proof of correspondance with the company being reviewed.
As a customer, you are allowed to write only about your customer experience, not about particular persons or staff members. To get started, check the Reviewer's Getting Started Guide.
You are not allowed to write a review about a company that you currently own or co-own or if you have any affiliation with that company.
You are not allowed to write a review about a competitor company to the company you own, co-own or if you are affiliated with it.
You are not allowed to write a review if you have received any compensation or incentive from the company to do so. Discounts, gifts, or any kind of reward are considered compensation.
2. What should the review be about?
Your review should be about your customer experience - service, booking process, customer support etc.
Your review cannot contain any curse words or personal insults.
Your review cannot contain any personal information.
The review must be written by the person who has purchased the product or service
The purchase must have happened within the last 12 months.
3. Can you edit a review?
Yes, if your opinion or experience with that company has changed. You can perform the changes any time. However, companies might be notified depending on when you make your changes. If you have decided to change your review in longer than 1 day, the company will be notified and might get an opportunity to respond to it.
4. Can you be asked to provide a proof of purchase?
Yes, if the company demands to identify the order which is a subject to review, we might ask you to provide a proof of purchase and correspondance within 7 days in order to manually verify your purchasing experience. Failing to do so will result in hiding your review.
5. Violating the User Guidelines
Violating the User Guidelines will result in hiding, deleting or blocking content from violating parties.
Fabricating fake reviews by creating throw-away email accounts, or email accounts created specifically for that purpose will result in banning the company from TrustRuby.
False negative reviews will be removed. If we notice a pattern of unfounded negative reviews, we will ban all user profiles attempting to do so.
Attempting to misuse the notifications about reviews will result in a banned profile.
Trustruby reserves the right to cooperate with any investigative authorities for any law enforcements.
We try to keep the community healthy, balanced and fair (we also described in more details how the reviews on TrustRuby work). If you have noticed anyone trying to abuse the system features, feel free to contact us.
